Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Envision Overseas account and the personal data associated with it. Deletion is irreversible.
Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the Envision app and sign in.
- Go to the Account page (or the account menu, your initial in the top-right).
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email enquiry@envisionoverseas.in from your registered email address with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify the request comes from the account owner and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login is permanently removed. The sign-in account is deleted and cannot be used or recovered again.
- Your personal details are erased from our records: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, alternate WhatsApp number, date of birth, city, postal code, and how you heard about us.
What is kept, in anonymised form
Your underlying student record is retained but anonymised. It no longer contains anything identifying you. We keep it so that business records stay consistent: applications already submitted to partner institutions, appointment history, and related accounting or reporting obligations.
Once anonymised, the record cannot be linked back to you, and we cannot restore your account or personal details from it.
Your course shortlist is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers. Uninstalling the app removes it.
